Introduction to the GRS Customer Support Portal

Graphic Resource Systems (GRS) puts heavy focus on customer support during and most importantly after the sale.
In an effort to improve our support and services for our customers GRS has created a new Customer Support Portal
on our website. This portal replaces our Current Documentation and Video Software that was Windows only based.
Since the new Portal is web based it can be assessed on any device that you have internet on.
This document was put together to give a preview of the features currently within our Portal. New features and
changes to current features will be made as we get feedback from our customers. Within this portal our customers
can view our documentation, videos, MSDS sheets, warranty status, support issue status, etc.
The support portal can be access at https://www.thegrs.com/support. Each customer will have their own login
